Cemetery Yanks Army Vet's Headstone
Kimberly Walker was a 28-year old army sergeant who served two tours of duty in Iraq when she was slain by her boyfriend in Colorado earlier this year. Her family wanted to honor her with a headstone that reflected what she most loved in life: SpongeBob Squarepants. The cemetery, which originally agreed to the headstone, decided it wasn't appropriate once it arrived. Shouldn't we be allowed to celebrate in death what we are encouraged to celebrate in life?
