Car Bomb Explodes During Syrian Funeral

The bomb damaged a government building. Further violence broke out elsewhere in the country the same day. Activists have reported shelling by government troops and clashes between rebels and government forces in the central provinces of Hama and Homs. They say at least 22 people have been killed.
