Troop Reunites with Pup After 1 Year

When Capt. Jessamyn Jempson needed help finding foster care for her Rhodesian Ridgeback, Emma, she turned to a nonprofit organization that supports our troops by boarding their pets. Through Dogs on Deployment, Capt. Jempson was linked up with Silvia Washington, a volunteer who offered to board her 3-year-old pup while she was deployed in Afghanistan for a year.
