Nov. 14 (Bloomberg) --- Nestled between the mansions of Portala Valley, sits one of the largest collections of historical military vehicles in the world. Unknown, even to most locals, the Military Vehicle Technology Foundation consists of more than 200 armored fighting vehicles, dating as far back as World War 1.
