NYU Grad Gets Special Video Message

When Pedro Cruz III walked across the stage at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York to receive his engineering degree, he was also given an iPad with a surprise video message from his dad who is serving in Kuwait. “I wanted to be the first to congratulate you on this special day. I really wish I was there with you but unfortunately I’m not,” Army Staff Sgt. Pedro Cruz Jr. said. “I have seen you grow so much in the last four years. It really amazes me. I am so proud.”
