Each month, the Defense Commissary Agency hosts special sales of commissary merchandise, at commissary prices, at locations that are not serviced by a proper bricks-and-mortar store. I recommend you contact the hosting commissary to confirm time and locations before traveling to these locations. All sorts of things can go wrong, and of course sometimes they will!
