VA Secretary Explains Education Benefits

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Secretary Robert Wilkie recently addressed the Student Veterans of America (SVA) National Conference via live stream. In his speech, Wilkie outlined his priorities and the role the Veterans Experience Office (VEO) plays in the department's improvement. He said one way VEO has used feedback is by creating a helpful product called the VA Welcome Kit, which has guides and checklists to help Veterans apply for education benefits, VA health care, disability ratings, and caregiver benefits.
