The U.S. Army Military District of Washington kicks off Twilight Tattoo, a FREE outdoor live-action military ceremonial performance, Wednesday, May 4, at 7 p.m., with pre-show entertainment beginning at 6:30 p.m., on Summerall Field at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Virginia. Twilight Tattoo performances will run each Wednesday night through Aug. 3. Twilight Tattoo is an hour-long, live-action military performance that blends the precision and discipline of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) with the orchestral sounds and pop music from The U.S. Army Band "Pershing's Own". Seating is on a first-come, first serve basis.
