The Defense Health Agency's TRICARE Online Patient Portal (TOL PP) recently upgraded several features. The online features allow TRICARE beneficiaries to schedule appointments, access personal health data by utilizing the "Blue Button" feature, refill prescriptions, access service separation and retirement information, send secure messages to their health care team by using RelayHealth and provides 24/7 access to registered nurses through the Nurse Advice Line.
