The Air Force has selected more than 800 active-duty officers for intermediate and senior developmental education during the 2018 Developmental Education (DE) Designation Board. Officers selected for DE will attend intermediate and senior-level development programs. New this year is the IDE and SDE Program Exchange, which affords line officers selected as primaries an opportunity to exchange certain programs with other officers using an online matching tool within MyVECTOR. Officers should refer to the 2018 Officer Developmental Education Guide on myPers for specific IDE/SDE program eligibility. The IDE/SDE selection list has posted to myPers.
