The Air Force Materiel Command Growing People mentoring campaign finished its inaugural push in 2018. The program produced about 20 Mentoring Viewpoints videos featuring senior leaders from across the command. The videos discuss the impacts of mentoring on their own career leadership paths and their perspectives on its importance to the growth of others. You can watch some of videos on this webpage. The command was also selected to help lead the Air Force's 2019 mentoring campaign.
