The "Honoring Our Veterans" license plates for motorcycles in Pennsylvania are now available. The plates, which have been available for cars since 2012, became available to motorcyclists on Oct. 6. The new license plates feature the words "Honoring Our Veterans" at the bottom. The motorcycle license plates are $35, and you do not have to be a veteran to obtain one. Fifteen dollars from the sale of each license plate goes to the Veterans' Trust Fund administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. Motorcycle and automobile owners can apply for a plate by completing and submitting Form MV-914, which is available at www.dot.state.pa.us/Public/DVSPubsForms/BMV/BMV%20Forms/mv-914.pdf.
