The first set of Golden and Silver Tickets have been issued to 16 Sailors under the new Targeted Reentry Program (TRP). The tickets allow for a streamlined reentry process to the Navy for active duty and Full-Time Support (FTS) Sailors who are leaving the Navy and who decide not to affiliate with the Ready Reserve. To be eligible, Sailors must: (1) be in pay grades O3 through O4 or E4 through E6 with no more than 14 years of service; (2) medically fit for separation and have passed their most recent physical fitness assessment: (3) not in a Failure of Selection status; and (4) have no adverse/criminal/civil convictions. BUPERS-3 is the approving authority for all TRP ticket request.
