The Navy Reserve Force is in the process of launching a new action plan placing emphasis on four key focus areas: simplify, enable, leverage, and resource. 'Ready to Win' (R2W) is a call to action designed to hone and deliver on-demand combat ready capabilities to the fleet, and encourage innovation and urgency of action. Individually, each of the four focus areas aims to improve a different aspect of operations, but collectively they help to create a well-rounded Navy Reserve Force.
