Navy Credentialing Opportunities On-line (COOL) will be visiting 15 locations across the country through the rest of fiscal year 2017 to educate Sailors on what the program offers. A COOL briefing usually runs one hour. A list of locations expecting Navy COOL briefings and the dates is available on the U.S. Navy website. Commands or groups interested in hosting a COOL briefing during one of the scheduled trips can contact Navy COOL via the online feedback form.
