The U.S. Navy has announced the renewal and modification of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Warfare Critical Skills Retention Bonus (EOD CSRB) program. Qualified Lieutenants will be offered the opportunity to commit to a four-year agreement with a maximum bonus amount of $80,000 or a three-year agreement with a maximum bonus of $45,000. Lieutenant Commanders will continue to be offered the sole option of a three-year agreement with a maximum bonus of $46,000.
