The U.S. Navy has announced the February 2019 Navy-wide examinations for advancement in rate of E-4 to E-7 Selected Reserve (SELRES) personnel. The Cycle 104 exams apply to all SELRES Sailors serving on voluntary recall or mobilization. Candidates must meet the basic eligibility requirements outlined in the Navy Enlisted Advancement Manual prior to Feb. 1, 2019 to be considered as an exam candidate for advancement.
