Home Depot has pledged more than $1 million through the Home Depot Foundation to renovate American Legion Posts and the homes of veterans throughout the United States. Improvement projects at American Legion posts and necessary home repairs for veterans in need are eligible to receive the grants. The Home Depot Foundation grants provide American Legion posts with funds and volunteer help to fix the little things that make huge differences: weatherizing windows, insulating attics, interior and exterior painting, installing new ceiling tiles, replacing fans and replacing flooring.
