The Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program provides transitioning servicemembers with management training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce. Most fellows are active-duty senior enlisted servicemembers or junior officers who are transitioning into the civilian workforce within the next 6 months. The Hiring Our Heroes 12-week program is hosted by military installations across the country. Each installation typically hosts 2-3 cohorts of 20-30 fellows per year.
