Harley-Davidson is offering a free H-D Riding Academy New Rider Course for all current and former U.S. military personnel. The offer runs to September 13, 2015. Participants must be over 18. The offer is available only in the fifty states & D.C. Eligible service members are also eligible to receive a Harley-Davidson® gift card in an amount equal to the value of a course offered at an authorized Motorcycle Safety Foundation or other state accredited riding school, upon proof of completion of a basic motorcycle riding course and a receipt.
