The 344th Training Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi now has the Air Force’s first virtual reality training technology for airfield management students. According to a recent service release, the new technology arrived June 28. The simulation includes an airfield setting that allows students to practice the various elements of their job in realistic VR conditions. Officials said they were impressed by the quality of the simulations and believe the technology will improve the overall training of airmen. Read more at AF.mil.
