According to recent testimony before the House Armed Services' subcommittee on military personnel, The Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps are flush with quality recruits and are retaining enough second-termers and careerists to comfortably fill most enlisted job specialties. However the DoD personnel chiefs voiced concern that deployment pace and the new Blended Retirement System (BRS) could add to a critical shortage of pilots and retention of enlisted in high-demand, hard to keep filled occupations.
