Army Emergency Relief just launched a new website that is centered around an online assistance tool that is easy to navigate on mobile devices. The new website works well from a smartphone, tablet, desktop, laptop or any device. The assistance tool on the website takes applicants down separate paths, he said, depending on whether the user is a Soldier, family member, retiree or survivor.
