The CY17 Air Reserve Command Screening Board (RCSB) convened Aug. 1 at the Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley AFB, Colo. The board reviewed the records of all eligible, qualified Reserve officers and recommended those officers as best qualified for assignment consideration to fill Reserve Wing Commander, Vice Wing Commander, and Group Commander positions.
