The U.S. Air Force has consolidated all total force development services and resources to a single-point center. All Airmen (active duty, Reserve, Guard and civilian) will now be able to fully utilize all force development resources through the virtual force development center. The virtual force development center provides access to professional resources generated from both the Air Force and the private sector. The virtual force development center is located on the Air Force portal website under the career and training tab.
