The U.S. Air Force has announced that e-mails containing personally identifiable information (PII) will be blocked from transmission unless the email is encrypted. For members unable to send or receive encrypted e-mails, members will be directed to utilize the AMRDEC SAFE application. Everyone has access to AMRDEC SAFE, which can be can be accessed through the AMRDEC SAFE website. Additional Air Force CISO PII resources can be found under 'Data Privacy Day 2018'.
