The Army & Air Force Exchange Service along with Welch's and Sour Jacks will give away two Smart cars in the Promotion in Motion Smart Car Giveaway. Two winners will each receive a Smart car valued at $15,000. Winners located outside of the continental United States will have the option of receiving the cash value of the car instead. The sweepstakes ends Aug. 13. No purchase is necessary to enter, and entrants do not need to be present to win. Prize drawings will occur on or about Aug. 20.
