Cell phone footage is circulating on social media that purports to show French police shooting the truck driver who rammed a crowd in Nice. The attack killed more than 80 people, including at least two Americans -- a father and son from Texas who were vacationing in the city. The driver was Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel, a 31-year-old French national and father of three who was from Tunisia. Viewer discretion is advised.
