TacticalWalls just unveiled its new magnetic mount for hiding a pistol or a spare magazine beneath a desk.
Hide-A-Mag’s “rare earth magnet enveloped in an inconspicuous, matte black, durable plastic protects your firearm's finish while providing more than 35 pounds of retention,” according to a recent press release.
Hide-A-Mag is designed to work with most any handgun, shotgun, rifle, or knife. It can be mounted in any spot measuring 4"x1"x1/4". Simply attach the Hide-A-Mag assembly to your desired surface using the supplied attachment screws, the release states.
"The firearms retention magnets found within our existing sliding units brought about several requests from TacticalWalls customers for a high-strength magnet that could be placed at strategic locations in one's home, vehicle, or work place,” said Tim Matter, founder and president of TacticalWalls.
