FITS Socks has two tactical styles of socks that are worth checking out.
The FITS Tactical Crew socks feature Merino wool next to the skin and Nylon reinforcement on the outside of the sock for increased durability, according to a recent press release.
The fit is just below the calf and Heel Lock technology helps limit chances of blisters when worn with properly-sized boots, the release states.
There is also a FITS Light Tactical Crew that features slightly less Merino wool and a little more Nylon and Polyester.
The FITS brand is not inexpensive though. The Tactical Crew comes in Coyote and Black and retails for $18.99 a pair. The Light Tactical Crew is only available in Black and retails for $17.99 a pair.
