Compensation for the Quality Inspection 1
- $20.25 Per Hour
- Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6 am to 7 pm (36 hours per week)

Responsibilities for the Quality Inspection 1
- Perform inspections (incoming, in-process, and final) using various precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, optical comparator, etc.)
- Document inspection results in a computer database and Microsoft Excel
- Disposition questionable products in coordination with the Material Review Board (MRB) and maintain MRB records
- Ensure job traveler accuracy, complete splits, rework change documents, and manufacturing receipts
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on corrective and preventative action documents
- Conduct weld inspections
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Quality Inspection 1
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Quality assurance experience preferred
- Familiarity with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) preferred
- Vision (natural or corrected) 20/30 or better
- Basic to mid-level Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently
- Pass eye exam and weld inspection tests
