Air Force Identifies 2,098 for Promotion to Major, Lieutenant Colonel

The Air Force has identified the following 2,098 officers for promotion to major and lieutenant colonel.

The service this week released the results of the selection boards 2015C Lieutenant Colonel Chaplain and Major Line of the Air Force and Chaplain Central, which identified 2,082 captains for promotion and 16 majors for promotion.

The boards selected 2,068 Line of the Air Force officers for promotion to major, 14 chaplain officers for promotion to major, and 16 chaplain officers for promotion to lieutenant colonel, according to information released by the service.
