USMC Obstacle Course "College Boy Roll"
Here is the first obstacle of the USMC Obstacle Course. I have seen this one stop some of the best athletes in their tracks for 1-2 minutes when most people are finished with the entire O Course. It is a good way to get over any bar 7-8 feet high.
