The "State of California Honor a Hero, Hire a Vet Job and Resource Fair" is scheduled for Wednesday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 45 John Glenn Drive, Concord, CA. The job fair is free and open to all veterans, National Guard members, reservists returning from active duty, and the public. Over 75 employers, government agencies and community organizations will be on hand with information on employment, benefits, training, education and apprenticeships.
